Property layouts for the financier's personal Caribbean island featured within the images.
Furthermore featured in this recent image disclosure seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and contains a legend identifying various sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
