In a bizarre collaboration that challenges traditional forecasts, the game developer has announced an in-game crossover between Assassin's Creed Shadows and the acclaimed anime series Attack on Titan. The surprising Thanksgiving event operates from November 25 through December 22, offering complimentary bonus story content for Shadows players.

Peculiar Questline Uncovered

According to the official statement, "A strange meeting leads heroes Naoe and Yasuke into a fresh mission, where rumors of banned rituals and fearsome metamorphoses resonate through the darkness." The storyline presents a "unusually dressed woman named Ada" who assigns the characters with venturing into the Crystal Cave—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her ally from a hidden cult.

The mission concentrates on "peculiar tests and a terrifying enemy" and is available to all players who have gained access to the Yasuke character.

Recognizable Locations and Transformations

The preview features the Underground Chapel from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave. This important location was previously where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through eras. The preview concludes with a dramatic sequence showing a character, presumably the hostage, transforming into a Titan that looms over Naoe and Yasuke.
